Share

Today's cyber security challenges require close attention and commitment from organizations and individuals. With the rapid development of technology, cybercrime is becoming more and more advanced, requiring continuous improvement of defense strategies. The INSECON International Cybersecurity Congress (15-16.04.2024, Poznań) has the character of a global meeting of leaders, experts and innovators who are shaping the present and future of IT security. It is the only such event in Poland, organized by the Ministry of Defense in cooperation with the MTP Group.

INSECON is an initiative aimed at raising awareness of current and future cyber threats, presenting tools and best practices for effective security and response - locally, regionally, as well as nationally. It is also a comfortable networking space where knowledge transfer will be accompanied by the presentation of the latest data security and access solutions. Invited experts and practitioners, as well as industry leaders, will present key IT security issues. During lectures and discussions, they will define new directions for cybersecurity, especially critical cybersecurity. In addition to the congress and expo zones, special zones will be launched, including CyberHackLab, a workshop in the form of CTF (Capture the Flag) conducted by the Expert Cyber Security Training Center (ECSC), as well as Cyber Fortress, a simulation game to build an effective security system for the ICT environment and protect it, coordinated by the Secure Cyberspace Foundation, and also 1st Polish Cybersecurity Olympics, organised by Vector Synergy and CDeX (Cyber Defence eXercise Platform).

- Cyber security is not just a matter of technology, but also of awareness, education and preparedness in the event of an attack. Cross-sector and international cooperation is key in combating global digital threats. Only through joint efforts can we effectively defend ourselves against increasingly sophisticated forms of cybercrime. That's why I encourage you to attend the INSECON 2024 congress and exhibition in April," mobilizes Konrad Flesman, managing director of the INSECON project.
