The Exhibitor's Zone is an online platform thanks to which you, as an exhibitor, can easily register your participation in the fair, order, among others: exhibition space or necessary technical services. The Exhibitor Zone also allows you to monitor the status of your orders, download invoices and admission documents.

  1. Applications for participation are made via the platform Exhibitors Zone.
    If you do not have a company profile on our website, please complete it, sign it and send it to the following address: klaudia.jozwinska or FORMS.
    After registering the document, the person indicated on the form will receive login details.
  2. Please log in at www.strefawystawcy.pl
  3. Please go to the "SHOP" tab, select the type of fair for which you are placing an order - INSECON 2024.
  4. Then please go to the "FAIR SERVICES" subtab.
  5. Please select your participation application from the available items. The selected service should be added to the cart.
  6. Then please return to the store's assortment.
  7. Please select the appropriate type of area from the available items: undeveloped area - offer without a stand or built-up area - offer with a stand. The selected service should be added to the cart.
  8. Finally, please go to the cart and click on the sending cart icon (arrow icon next to the order value) - only sent orders are sent to our verification and registration.
