Born on August 25, 1984, a Sieradz resident. Graduated in political science from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. He also completed Higher Defense Courses at the National Defense Academy.
He began his political career as a councilor of the Sieradz City Council. Member of the Polish Sejm of the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th terms. Member of the National Defense Commission continuously since 2007. From 2007 to 2009 member of the Committee on State Control, from 2009 to 2011 member of the Committee on Public Finance.
From 2009 to 2011 delegate of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
From 2011 in the Committee for European Union Affairs.
In 2015, Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and Spokesman for the Government of Ewa Kopacz. Vice-chairman of the Civic Platform of the Republic of Poland.
In 2020-2021, chairman of the Civic Coalition parliamentary club.

Anna Maria Dyner

Anna Maria Dyner

Anna Maria Dyner is an expert on security and eastern affairs, currently affiliated with Policy Insight. From 2010 to 2024 she worked at the Polish Institute of International Affairs and before that at the Center for Eastern Studies. Her research interests focus on the area of the former USSR, with a particular focus on security policy and the foreign policy of Russia and Belarus.

She is a graduate of the Institute of Political Science and the Study of Eastern Europe at the University of Warsaw, from which she graduated with honors. She also participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program organized by the US Department of State. In 2008, she was awarded the Prize of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding scientific achievements.

Anna Maria Dyner is the author of numerous analyses and studies on Belarus and Russia prepared for the Polish Institute of International Affairs, as well as articles published in, among others: in “Rzeczpospolita”, “Nowa Europa Wschodnia”, “Polska Zbrojna” and on the EUobserver portal.

Anyone who has had the opportunity to listen to her lectures and participate in discussions on security in the post-Soviet area knows how interestingly and competently she can present these difficult issues."

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Military Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology and the National Defense University in Warsaw, where he completed postgraduate studies (operational-tactical and defense policy) and also obtained a PhD in defense sciences.

He began his military service at the 1st Radioelectronics Center in Grójec, where in 2001-2007 he served as a reconnaissance officer, head of the radio targeting section and head of the data analysis group section.

In 2007-2012 he served in the Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare Directorate - A2 of the Air Force Command as a specialist and senior specialist. During this time, in 2010-2012, he also served as chairman of the allied working group on preventing access to the electromagnetic spectrum, operating under the auspices of the Conference of NATO National Armament Directors.

In 2012, he was appointed to the position of head of the Secretariat of the Commander of the Air Force, and from January 2014, head of the Secretariat of the General Commander of the Armed Forces.

In 2015, he took over the duties of head of the Non-kinetic Operations Directorate - J9 of the General Command of the Armed Forces, where he was responsible for the implementation of projects in the field of civil-military cooperation (CIMIC), information operations (INFOOPS) and psychological operations (PSYOPS).

In March 2016, he was appointed to the position of deputy director, and then (in December 2016) director of the Department of Armament Policy of the Ministry of National Defense, simultaneously serving as the National Armaments Director. On August 15, 2018, he was nominated to the rank of brigadier general.

In June 2021, he was promoted to the next rank – Major General – and was sent to serve in the Supreme Allied Command Europe as Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Development and Preparation.

On October 24, 2022, he took up the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces.

On April 12, 2024, he was appointed First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces.

the digital ecosystem by advocating for global cybersecurity policy, partnering with public agencies and
private enterprises to disrupt nation-state cyberattacks and support deterrence efforts, and combatting
cybercrime.  CST has a team focused on detecting, assessing, and disrupting nation-state cyber and
influence operation threats to Microsoft, our customers, and democracies worldwide. This team provides
external support of democratic governments through their subscription services.

CST also manages Microsoft’s U.S. government clearance and national security compliance. CST has an engineering team developing solutions to support these key initiatives and tools for the Law Enforcement & National Security team within the Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs Department. AI accelerates and is a core component of the work of CST from a policy, regulatory, solution, and detection/disruption perspective. 
Prior to her role leading CST, Ms. Hogan-Burney headed the Cybersecurity Policy and Protection Team and
played a pivotal role during the implementation of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, leading
the Privacy Compliance team. Her career at Microsoft began with managing the Law Enforcement and
National Security team, ensuring compliance with legal obligations related to law enforcement and
national security.


Before transitioning to the private sector, Ms. Hogan-Burney served as an attorney at the U.S. Department
of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation. She holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering from the
Catholic University School of Engineering and a Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at the
Catholic University

Przemysław Kania is the General Manager of Cisco in Poland. He joined Cisco in 1998. Since 2017, he has led the sales and technical organization and cooperation with over 600 Cisco partners in Poland. He is also a member of the Cisco management team in Northern Europe, where he manages the region covering the Baltic States, Finland and Ukraine - in parallel with the role of General Manager for Poland.

Przemysław Kania joined Cisco in 1998. Since then, he has held many positions in the company related to the sale of Cisco solutions and services. In the years 2012-2017, he was the Director of Cisco Advanced Services, responsible for the creation and dynamic development of the international team of Cisco Global Services Center in Krakow. He also managed the Cisco Global Delivery Center in Mexico.

She is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative cyber security solutions, working in agile methodology. Her mission is to raise awareness of digital security and deliver products that effectively protect customers and organizations from threats.

One of her key achievements is the commercialization of Cyber Know, an advanced learning platform that supports companies in building resilience to cyber attacks. Thanks to her involvement, Cyber Know has become a strategic tool for organizations to improve cyber hygiene and reduce the risk of incidents.

She actively participates in educational initiatives, including the “Secure on the Web” campaign, which aims to raise awareness of cyber security among individual and business users. As an expert in the field, she is involved in promoting best practices in protecting against threats.

He gained his first experience working as a Sales Manager for the largest telecommunications operators in the Orange Group and Vodafone. He spent the last few years on the ICT market, first as a Sales Manager at Cisco Systems, then as the Director of the Sales Department at Asseco Poland, and also as a Regional Sales Manager at Dell EMC. Then he was responsible for cooperation with public sector clients in Poland at Oracle Polska, Palo Alto Networks and Google Cloud Poland. Currently, after returning to Palo Alto Networks Poland, he holds the role of Country Manager, responsible for the sales strategy and development of the Polish branch.

Maj. Gen. Karol Molenda, Commander of POL Cyber Command, is a specialist who is passionate about redefining the face of cybersecurity in Poland and in the international aspect. As an innovative leader and strategic thinker, the Commander of POL Cyber Command introduces innovative solutions that position the Polish Armed Forces among the world's leading cyber warriors.

Nominated for the rank of brigadier general in 2019, and then for the rank of major general in 2023, Maj. Gen. Molenda has gained the status of not only an outstanding specialist, but also a significant person in the digital world. His contribution to the creation and development of an advanced computer forensics laboratory and leading international teams dealing with counteracting cyber threats constitutes the foundation for building a modern cyber defense architecture.

As a pioneer in the creation of the Polish Cyber Command, Maj. Gen. Molenda recognizes the importance of human resources and innovative management models such as the NICE standard. His ability to create international relationships makes Poland a key partner in the global cybersecurity ecosystem.

In 2022, Maj. Gen. Molenda was the first Pole to take over the chairmanship of the Cyber ​​Commanders Forum, which proves his recognition and influence in the international security environment. His passion for technology and determination to protect critical digital infrastructures inspire young generations to engage in the fight for a secure future in the digital age.

Maj. Gen. Karol Molenda is an undisputed leader whose actions shape not only the defense strategy, but also international cooperation in the area of ​​cyberspace. His vision and commitment make Poland a reference point in global cybersecurity efforts.

Artur Owczarek is an experienced expert in information security management, serving as Senior IT Manager – Risk and Compliance at Lorenz Services, the shared services center of the Lorenz Group. He is responsible for comprehensive risk and compliance management, creating and implementing effective data protection and cybersecurity strategies.

He has been associated with the IT industry for 27 years, and for 12 years he was the Information Security Officer. His specialization includes the construction and development of information security management systems - from policies and procedures, through risk management and employee awareness programs, to the implementation of technical security. He has extensive knowledge of IT architecture, both in on-premise and cloud environments, acquired in the positions of IT administrator and IT infrastructure manager.

He has been working at Lorenz Services for 12 years, where he supports the international Lorenz Group in ensuring safe digital development in all business areas. Previously, he gained experience in a global corporation for 15 years. He appreciates the variety of challenges his work brings, and derives the greatest satisfaction from his own development and that of the people he works with.

Tomasz Pietrzyk has been developing his experience and passion related to various areas of IT security for over a dozen years. His focus is on technologies that enable the use of artificial intelligence for network protection and enable efficient handling of security incidents and all solutions related to automation and system integration. Tomasz works at Palo Alto Networks as the head of the system engineering team in the CEE region (Central and Eastern Europe). In addition to managing a team of specialists, he is involved in security system projects, selecting technologies for the company's clients and cooperation with Palo Alto Networks partners.

Joanna Wziątek-Ładosz

Joanna Wziątek-Ładosz is a cyber security expert with 20 years of experience, gained in Polish companies abroad. With a master's degree in computer science, she also completed a PhD in computer science (Silesian University of Technology) and a postgraduate degree in Cloud Security (University of Maryland). She attended a certified postgraduate program in cyber security at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2022 and Harvard in 2024.


She currently works as a Senior Security Engineer at Tenable, where she designs and implements cyber risk management programs, with a focus on technical aspects.


He is eager to share his knowledge, and most importantly, does so in an accessible way. She hosts her own podcast, “Cyber Security in a Humane Way,” and has recorded “Cyber Secure” podcasts with Polish Radio. She conducts trainings and regularly speaks at industry conferences in Poland and abroad.

As a security enthusiast, I always prioritize data and system protection. My involvement in creating mobile Data Centers is a natural expression of this passion. Creating solutions that are both innovative and solidly secured is a key challenge for me.

Over the years of working with various Clients, I have gained the ability to adapt technological strategies to various needs and requirements. My knowledge is not limited to technology, because I realize that effective communication and the ability to build relationships are equally important in the IT area.
