The IN.SE.CON 2026 programme is taking shape

The Ministry of National Defence is working intensively on the substantive programme for the Main Stage of next year's edition of the Congress. We can already present the key topics and discussion panels, which confirm that IN.SE.CON will be a place for discussion on the most current issues in the field of cyber security.

 

The Main Stage programme will include panels devoted to the most important challenges and trends in the industry:


Si vis pacem para bellum. Military-industrial cooperation in the field of cybersecurity – a discussion on the role of partnership between the military and industry, which is essential for effective defence against growing cyber threats, especially against attacks on critical infrastructure in Poland and Europe.

Breakthrough technologies and NATO's national and collective defence – a discussion of innovative technological solutions designed to ensure strategic advantage in cyber warfare, and the integration of Poland's activities with the security of the entire North Atlantic Alliance.

Poland's potential in creating the technologies of the future – presentation of innovations and development opportunities for the Polish technology sector, which is the foundation of the country's digital sovereignty and European independence in the area of cybersecurity.

The use of dual-use technologies in defence – opportunities and regulatory risks – a panel discussion on dual-use civil and military technologies, their potential and the challenges related to regulations and security.

 

Additionally, announcements of presentations such as:

Will civilian systems become military systems in the hour of need – Cyber Legion in wartime – an analysis of the possibilities for rapid mobilisation of civilian systems in crisis situations, showing how to prepare for unforeseen threats.
How to monetise Polish intellectual potential – the state or private business – a debate on the best paths for the development and use of Polish innovations in cybersecurity.

The IN.SE.CON Congress will be held on three thematic stages: the Main Stage hosted by the Ministry of National Defence, the Stage for Cybersecurity Professionals, and the Business and Local Government Stage, dedicated to those who manage cybersecurity spending.
