Born on August 25, 1984, a native of Sieradz. Alumni of political science at the Journalism and Political Science Department of the University of Warsaw. He also completed Higher Defense Courses at the National Defense University.
He began his political career as a councilor of the Sieradz City Council. Member of the Polish Sejm of the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th terms. Member of the National Defense Commission continuously since 2007. From 2007 to 2009 member of the Committee on State Control, from 2009 to 2011 member of the Committee on Public Finance.
From 2009 to 2011 delegate of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. From 2011 in the Committee for European Union Affairs.

Essence of this fascinating job is to contribute to the development of the set of national cyber capabilities that the Italian Defence deems strategic in order to protect the nation and fulfil the requirements subordinated to the conduct of truly effective, synchronized multidomain operations, enabled by adequate manoeuvring capacity on and through IT networks and the electromagnetic spectrum.
In his earlier career, he has served under various assignments mainly focusing the area of investment programmes of major defence systems and air operations, at both national and NATO level. He earned post lauream masters in Global Strategy and Security in 2022 and in Strategic Leadership and Digital Innovation in 2021. He achieved his master degrees in Political Sciences in 2006 and in Aeronautical Sciences in 1996.

Her major assignments include serving as the Cyber and EMS Policy Director at the Defense Policy Bureau of Ministry of National Defence Republic Of Korea (since January 15, 2024).
Prior to her current position, she served as the Deputy Cyber and EMS Policy Director at the Defense Policy Bureau of ROK MND (from February 2023 to January 2024).
She also worked in various capacities within the Office of Planning and Coordination at ROK MND, including the Programming and Budgeting Coordination Division and the Military Force Sustainment Budgeting Division.

Winner of the prestigious Digital Shapers 2021 award by Forbes and Business Insider magazines. Every year he conducts over 150 lectures for open and closed groups in Poland and abroad on issues of online security and company information protection. He has successfully trained both the management boards of the largest Polish enterprises and the employees of hundreds of companies and institutions. In his presentations he uses simple, accessible language and real-life examples to describe real threats to companies and users.
He is also the creator and editor-in-chief of portal Zaufana Trzecia Strona.

His knowledge and experience led him to the Police Headquarters, where he concluded his career as the Chief Reconnaissance Department in the Cybercrime Investigation Bureau. In the meantime, he completed an internship at NCFTA in Pittsburgh (FBI) in 2016.
Since 2018, he has been affiliated with the Ministry of National Defense, initially serving as the Director responsible for the cybersecurity of the ministry. From 2020 onwards, he has held the position of Chief of CSIRT MON (Computer Security Incident Response Team of the Ministry of National Defense) and Deputy Commander of the Military Component for Cyber Defense.
A frequent speaker at international conferences on cybersecurity and teleinformatics crime, he regularly publishes in subject-related monographs. He is also an associated lecturer at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, as well as at Łazarski University.

He has over two decades of experience in IT and IT security, both on the offensive (red) and defensive (blue) sides. Since 2013, he has been dealing with security in the Polish and international financial sector, and has actively participated in the development of solutions such as "PolishAPI" and "Profil Zaufany". In 2018-2019, appointed as the first chairman of the Threat Intelligence Forum at the Polish Bank Association. Christian-Marc Lifländer currently serves as the senior cyber and hybrid policy official of NATO’s International Staff. As Head of Cyber and Hybrid Policy section he is responsible for leading the development and implementation of cyber and hybrid policy across NATO.
Previously, Mr Lifländer served as Policy Advisor, Deputy Head of Section and Head of Section in the NATO’s International Staff.
Before joining NATO, Mr Lifländer held executive and senior advisory level positions within the Estonian Ministry of Defence, including Acting Deputy Undersecretary for Defence Policy, Director of Policy Planning, and Adviser to the Minister of Defence. Mr Lifländer also served as a Defence Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in the United States and as a Defence Counselor at the Delegation of the Republic of Estonia to NATO.
Mr. Lifländer received a direct commission in the Estonian Defense Forces (Infantry) and has been awarded with the Estonian Defence Forces Distinguished Service Decoration as well as Distinguished Service Decorations of the Estonian Ministry of Defence.
Mr. Lifländer received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point. He received his Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown University’s Center for Security Studies (CSS) in the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.

Previously, he was associated with NASK, where he led the CERT Polska team. He lectures on cybersecurity at several universities, including the Warsaw University of Technology and the Military University of Technology. He is a co-founder and board member of the international Open CSIRT Foundation, which coordinates the cooperation of hundreds of CSIRTs within the TF-CSIRT and Trusted Introducer organizations, and develops models for the maturity of incident response teams. He is a certified auditor of the SIM3 (Security Incident Management Maturity Model) framework.
Since 2012, he has been coordinating the first cyber defense exercises in Poland - Cyber-EXE™ Poland, conducted in key sectors of the economy. He also coordinated the first Polish exercises resulting from the national cybersecurity system - KSC-EXE. He has been involved in the establishment of new CERTs in Poland and abroad. He coordinated the NATO project CLOSER, which led to the establishment of CERTs in Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. He has conducted certification processes for several CSIRT teams based on the SIM3 model. For many years, he has closely cooperated with the European agency ENISA, being a member of thematic working groups and co-authoring numerous publications issued by the Agency.
For over a decade, he has been a speaker at national and international conferences dedicated to cybersecurity. He is the creator and organizer of the Security Case Study conference series and the Fortress League. He is also the initiator and co-author of the first Polish podcast on cybersecurity - "Cyber, Cyber."

Krzysztof Malesa is responsible for supporting the organization in achieving its digital transformation goals by implementing the highest standards in cybersecurity.
Krzysztof Malesa joined the Board of Microsoft Poland on October 2021. For nearly 12 years he has been working in the Government Centre for Security (RCB), first as head of the National Crisis Management Centre and since 2012 as Deputy Director of the RCB, appointed by the Prime Minister. In this capacity, he was, among other things, responsible for planning civilian emergency operations and the protection of critical infrastructure, particularly in the energy sector. His areas of responsibility included cyber security, risk management and business continuity of organisations. He was also involved in the work of the NATO Civil Emergency Planning Committee (CEPC), mainly in the context of hybrid threats and resilience.

Mr. David McKeown serves as the Deputy DoD Chief Information Officer for Cybersecurity (DCIO(CS)) and the DoD’s Senior Information Security Officer (SISO) per 44 USC 3544. In this role he provides expert policy, technical, program, and defense-wide oversight support to the DoD CIO on all cybersecurity matters. He is responsible for leading the DoD-wide cybersecurity program and associated governance processes.
He partners with industry to improve cybersecurity and information sharing through the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and represents the Secretary of Defense and DoD CIO in international discussions and negotiates cybersecurity topics in both bilateral and multi-lateral (alliance and coalition) channels. He leads the development of the cybersecurity investment priorities for the Department and provides planning guidance to Components.
Mr. McKeown has over 35 years of experience in the Department of Defense having served 27 years in the Air Force and 8 years as a government civilian. He spent 21 years as an Air Force Cyberspace Operations officer skillfully leading numerous organizations and high-visibility initiatives to include the Air Force Cybersecurity Program as a member of the Air Staff.
He served as the Director of Enterprise Information and Mission Assurance for the United States Army Information Technology Agency and as the Cybersecurity Center Chief and Enterprise Services Center Chief for the DISA Joint Service Provider in the Pentagon. He led the Pentagon Computer Incident Response Team (PENTCIRT) providing twenty-four-hour-a-day, seven-days-a-week network security monitoring and intrusion detection, attack sensing and warning, and incident response and handling for the Department of Defense's key leadership and staffs.
Mr. McKeown most recently led the Department of Justice’s Service Delivery Staff where he was responsible for the acquisition, development, deployment, operations, and maintenance of Department IT as well as delivery of high quality, customer-centric services to ensure the success of the DOJ and its component organizations.

A cyber security practitioner, Mr. Mgeladze has worked in the Ministry of Defense since 2015 in the field of cyber security. At present, he is the Director of the Cyber Security Bureau and a member of the Regional Cyber Defense Center Board of Directors.
Mr. Mgeladze has completed high-level cyber security training programs, is a graduate of the International Cyber Security Program of the George Marshall European Center for Security Studies, and holds high-level industry certifications, including SANS, ISO, etc. He lectures on cyber security management and information security at different Georgian universities.

European Security and Defence College (ESDC) is the EU body that provide training and education in the field of the Union's Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) in the wider context of the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP).
Prior to joining the ESDC he worked as the Head of Unit at the European Ombudsman, the EU body which carries out inquiries in relation to allegations of maladministration by European institutions and agencies. Before 2006 he worked at a major Brussels-based law firm for more than eight years, specialising in EU competition law.
He has been a Professor in EU Law at the College of Europe in Bruges and has lectured in numerous other third level colleges. Fergal O’ Regan has also been Chair of the Brussels Branch of the Institute of International and European Affairs. He holds a degree in European Law from the College of Europe as well as two others law degrees from the Universite d’Aix-Marseille and the Universidad de Deusto, Bilbao.

During this time, he has co-founded a number of teams involved in providing information systems security services, completed projects for dozens of organizations, and co-created solutions used to provide advanced cyber security services. He is deputy director of the Maritime Cyber Security Center, a think tank created at the Naval Academy in Gdynia, and an academic lecturer. Furthermore he is the focal point for the ‘European External Action Service Knowledge Management Working Group - Peace, Security and Defence (PSD) lessons process’, responsible for the ‘ESDC internal Lessons Learnt process, annual meetings and Team Building’. Moreover he supports the implementation of the Cyber Defence Policy Framework 2.0 (EEAS is leading). Since 1992 he works for the Italian Ministry of Internal Affairs – Department of Public Security – National Police of State.
He has worked in various positions and offices in the public order and safety sector of the Police of State, Italy where is also was the Director of the Digital Forensic Lab of Piedmont and Aosta Valley. He has also served as IT manager for informatics security policies at the Immigration Office in Turin. He worked at Postal and Communications Police - Piedmont and Aosta Valley as officer for eight years, preventing and combat Cyber Crime. He holds a Master's Degree in Information Treatment Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Scientifically Technologies from Computer Science Department of Turin, Italy. He holds the qualifying examination to Computer Science Engineers (state register) from Polytechnic University of Turin and a MSc in Engineering Management of Public Security from University of Naples Federico II, Italy. He is interested in the Artificial Intelligence area and for that reason, he developed his thesis in the area of the Mobile Robots after three years of research under the Lagrange Project, Turin.
