Born on August 25, 1984, a native of Sieradz. Alumni of political science at the Journalism and Political Science Department of the University of Warsaw. He also completed Higher Defense Courses at the National Defense University.

He began his political career as a councilor of the Sieradz City Council. Member of the Polish Sejm of the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th terms. Member of the National Defense Commission continuously since 2007. From 2007 to 2009 member of the Committee on State Control, from 2009 to 2011 member of the Committee on Public Finance.

From 2009 to 2011 delegate of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. From 2011 in the Committee for European Union Affairs.

In 2015, Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and Spokesman for the Government of Ewa Kopacz. Vice-chairman of the Civic Platform (Polish: Platforma Obywatelska) of the Republic of Poland. Chairman of the Civic Coalition (Polish: Koalicja Obywatelska) parliamentary club in 2020-2021.

Paula has over 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, performing penetration tests, architecture consulting, trainings, and seminars. Every year, she takes over 200 flights to provide cybersecurity services for CQURE’s Customers. Paula and her Team also design security awareness programs for various organizations, including awareness sessions for top management. Together, they create various security tools (CQTools) supporting penetration tests, incident response, and forensics, which are shared with the community. Paula is a member of the Technical Advisory Board at the Royal Bank of Scotland/Natwest. And to top it all off, she has access to the source code of Windows!

Her research interests include Russian security policy, Russia's role in the post-Soviet space, and Belarus' domestic and foreign policy. She graduated from the Institute of Political Sciences and the Eastern European Studies Program at the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of the US Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program. In 2008, she received an award from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding achievements in science.

A renowned IT architect and scientist involved in system development and research in the fields of artificial intelligence, cyber security and decision support. Appointed to the rank of brigadier general in 2023. Winner of over 100 prestigious awards granted by the national scientific community and international bodies in the field of significant inventions, including in the field of biomedicine and command support. He carries out R&D projects and research in the field of command support, computer simulation and the application of artificial intelligence methods in biomedicine at the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology. He is responsible for the construction, implementation and maintenance of public and classified RON ICT services and systems. In 2012, he defended his doctoral thesis with honours on the application of artificial intelligence methods and semantic analysis in the identification of crisis situations. He is a teacher and promoter of knowledge in the field of computer science, conducting his own classes in over 23 thematic modules in the field of software engineering, artificial intelligence, programming and cybersecurity.

He has over 10 years of experience in vulnerability research and penetration testing. Author on the Sekurak portal. He has discovered and reported 43 CVE vulnerabilities. He is an active participant in Bug Bounty programmes – his name is in the OLX Hall of Fame, and he has reported bugs for companies such as BlaBlaCar, OVH and ERCOM.

Author of the book ‘Social Engineering in Practice: Tricks and Tips for Hacking People’.

His passion for offensive security began with experiments with game server mechanics and exploit creation. He currently combines offensive work with educational activities, conducting specialised training in social engineering for corporate clients.

Outside of work, he is an avid League of Legends player, horse rider, and volunteer at an organisation that rescues exotic animals.

Passionate about building cyber resilience among both IT specialists and end users. Professionally associated with Trecom Group, where he serves as a consultant, trainer, and IT project coordinator for the business, education, and public administration sectors. 

Expert at the Cybersecurity Department of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, cybersecurity trainer at NASK. Graduate of management, diplomacy and postgraduate studies in cyberspace security. In 2024, she took first place in the Rising Star in Cybersecurity competition and AWS DDoS Game Day with the ‘MC Team’. A cybersecurity analyst with extensive experience and great imagination. For many years, he has been involved in tactical and operational cyber threat intelligence. By analysing threats in cyberspace as well as cyberattack tactics and techniques, he assesses the offensive capabilities of criminal groups, their potential impact on organisations, and develops response plans for emerging attacks. A leader in the field of cyber incident management, where, as an incident coordinator for many years, he ensured that incidents were handled in accordance with the highest standards, often engaging in the analysis of the most difficult incidents at a technical level. By engaging in the development of detection methods and analysis of threats to broadly understood IT infrastructure, he prepares technical and organisational solutions aimed at increasing the security level of the organisation. He connects the dots into big pictures and develops Cyber Threat Intelligence activities, showing how to share the knowledge gained.
