The programme of the Main Stage at IN.SE.CON 2026 continues to grow. In recent days, new debates and expert discussions have been added, bringing together representatives of the armed forces, international institutions, technology companies and the research community.

Strategic discussions on the future of security

The Main Stage of IN.SE.CON is designed as a space for strategic dialogue on the future of cyber security, defence technologies and digital resilience. Representatives of government institutions, the military, industry and international organisations will take part in discussions addressing the most pressing technological and security challenges.

Among the recently announced debates are several discussions that highlight the international and interdisciplinary character of the congress.

Military and industry cooperation in cyber security

One of them will focus on military–industry cooperation in cyber security. Moderated by technology journalist Anna Wittenberg, the debate will explore how the private sector and armed forces can combine their capabilities more effectively in response to emerging cyber threats. The discussion will include Dariusz Piotrowski, VP General Manager at Dell Technologies Poland, representing the perspective of global technology providers.

Breakthrough technologies in NATO security

Another key panel will address the role of breakthrough technologies in national and collective defence within NATO. The debate will bring together international experts and military leaders, including Gen. Michael Vetter from the German Federal Ministry of Defence and Col. Kouki Kawamura from the National Institute for Defence Studies in Tokyo. The discussion will focus on how emerging technologies are reshaping defence capabilities and the security architecture of allied countries.

Poland’s role in developing future technologies

Participants will also have the opportunity to follow the debate on Poland’s potential in developing future technologies. Moderated by Maciej Kawecki PhD from the Lem Institute, the panel will feature representatives of innovative technology companies discussing how Polish expertise and innovation can contribute to the development of strategic technologies for the coming decades.

These discussions are only part of the growing agenda of the Main Stage. The programme also includes keynote speeches, expert presentations and further debates devoted to cyber resilience, artificial intelligence and technologies shaping the future of security.

The full and continuously updated programme of IN.SE.CON 2026 is available on the congress website. We encourage participants to explore the agenda and plan their participation in the debates and sessions of interest.
