MTP Group and the Ministry of Defense join forces again for cyber security
A letter of intent to co-organize the 2nd edition of the IN.SE.CON International Cyber Security Congress was signed at the Ministry of Defense by the MTP Group and MON. The congress will be a platform for experts in the field of cyber security to exchange experiences and an opportunity to present modern technological solutions.
On January 16, a letter of intent - a partnership agreement between the Ministry of Defense and the MTP Group (Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie) was signed at the Ministry of Defense, regarding the co-organization of the 2nd edition of the IN.SE.CON International Cyber Security Congress. The Ministry was represented by Paweł Dziuba, Director of the Cyber Security Department, while the MTP Group was represented by Tomasz Kobierski, President of the Board. The congress will again be held in Poznań, on April 2-3, 2025.
The first iteration of the IN.SE.CON congress, held in 2024, also in cooperation between the Ministry of National Defense and the MTP Group, was very well received by an international group of cyber security experts. Particularly emphasized was the very high level of content of the speeches and the prestige of the congress due to the distinguished speakers and listeners taking part. Recall that the IN.SE.CON 2024 Congress was attended by almost 2,000 people from 15 countries, and senior representatives of the uniformed services and defense ministries accounted for almost half of all conference participants.
“IN.SEC.ON is the only Ministry of Defense event of its kind, and will be realized for the second time in cooperation with the MTP Group. As organizers, after last year's success and excellent substantive agenda, we have the bar for the next edition set very high. That's why we want to lean even more deeply into the area of cybersecurity, civil-military cooperation and activities raising public awareness of opportunities and threats in the dynamically evolving cyber world,” announces DC Director Pawel Dziuba. In addition, in addition to the main agenda, we will offer participants accompanying modules such as the CYBER BASTION competition of the Safe Cyberspace Foundation, and the CyberHackLab of the Expert Cyber Security Training Center of the Ministry of Defense.” - reveals Pawel Dziuba.

The implementation of the conference is aimed at further supporting the capabilities of the Ministry of National Defense in conducting operations in cyberspace. During the first IN.SE.CON, the substantive part was complemented by the exposition of dozens of manufacturers and distributors, offering, among other things, devices, systems and software for data protection and security. Certainly there will be no shortage of proposals for IT solutions in the congress' expo area in 2025 as well.
The MTP Group's design team will again be in charge of the trade fair part and IN.SE.CON's technical facilities (including space arrangement), while DC MON will be responsible for the content layer of the two-day lectures and debates on the Main Stage of the congress.
“I am very pleased that the MTP Group, together with the Ministry of Defense, will for the second time organize the IN.SE.CON International Cyber Security Congress. In the context of the all time unstable geopolitical situation, as well as the pace of development of technology - including the 'tools' of cyber attacks targeting the infrastructure of many countries, the importance of international meetings of experts and exchange of experience between them is invaluable.” - MTP Group CEO Tomasz Kobierski said after signing the letter. - During IN.SE.CON 2025, we will also address key issues of digital security for healthcare, local government or business. We all realize that protecting these entities is also a strategic action, ensuring the security of the country, and ultimately each of us.” - added Tomasz Kobierski.
