About Congress
We invite you to IN.SE.CON International Cybersecurity Congress!
IN.SE.CON – the International Congress on Cybersecurity and Disruptive Technologies – is one of the key events dedicated to digital security and future technologies in Central and Eastern Europe, and the only one in Poland organized by the Ministry of National Defense.
On April 7–8, 2027, at the Poznań Congress Center, located on the grounds of the Poznań International Fair, the fourth edition of the Congress will take place—an event that brings together the defense sector, public administration, business, and the expert community around a shared agenda: building the resilience of the state and organizations in the era of technological transformation.
Three stages – one mission
The Congress program takes place simultaneously across three thematic stages:
- Main Stage – strategic debates featuring representatives from government, the military, the scientific community, and technology leaders,
- Business and Local Government Stage – practical aspects of regulation, risk management, and building organizational cyber resilience,
- Professionals Stage – technical sessions for SOC, CSIRT, CERT, Red and Blue Team specialists, analysts, and penetration testers.
The program is complemented by special zones and the EXPO area, where solutions supporting the security of the digital infrastructure of the state and the private sector are presented.
An important highlight of the Congress is the evening networking event, during which discussions on cybersecurity will continue. We also invite IN.SE.CON Congress partners to participate in the evening program.
